Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 pekerja lapangan yang terlibat dalam pekerjaan pondasi, sloof, dan kolom. Analisis risiko dilakukan menggunakan Severity Index (SI) untuk menentukan tingkat probabilitas dan dampak risiko, kemudian diklasifikasikan dalam matriks risiko. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 55 potensi bahaya dengan sebaran kategori: 21,8% risiko rendah, 20% risiko sedang, 54,5% risiko tinggi, dan 3,6% risiko ekstrem. Rekomendasi pengendalian risiko meliputi penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), penerapan prosedur kerja aman, pengawasan rutin, serta pengaturan area kerja dan peralatan. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa implementasi manajemen K3 yang sistematis melalui HIRADC dan JSA sangat penting untuk meminimalkan kecelakaan, meningkatkan produktivitas, serta menjaga keselamatan pekerja pada proyek konstruksi berskala besar.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><em>:</em> <em>keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, konstruksi, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis, Severity Index.</em></p> <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This study aims to identify, assess, and control occupational safety and health (OSH) risks in the construction project of Basko City Mall Padang using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) method and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). A quantitative approach was employed through a questionnaire survey involving 30 field workers engaged in foundation, sloof, and column activities. Risk assessment was conducted using the Severity Index (SI) to quantify the probability and impact of hazards, followed by classification using a risk matrix. The findings revealed 55 potential hazards, comprising 21.8% low risk, 20% moderate risk, 54.5% high risk, and 3.6% extreme risk. Recommended control measures include the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), implementation of safe work procedures, routine supervision, and proper management of tools and work areas. Poor planning, unclear objectives, ineffective communication, and management and resource issues are the main causes of failure in construction projects. The most common problems are a) unclear inventory, b) irregular workflows, c) lack of employee training and competency development, d) lack of integration of analytical data for communication, e) immature planning, unclear environment, poor budgeting and risk management, f) unmeasurable targets, and g) a large number of human resources who are not yet competent in their respective fields.</p> <p>This ineffectiveness will certainly affect productivity in construction performance, both from internal and external factors, thereby influencing project implementation, which requires us to provide quality management for the construction project itself and the community. Several solutions to improve construction performance productivity are 1) Regularly updating inventories, 2) Using IT to create structured workflows, 3) Focusing on employee training and development, 4) Integrating analytical data into construction, &nbsp;Setting realistic goals, and&nbsp;targets to be achieved, and 5) Competent human resources. The method used is MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) statistics and is realized in SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi karakteristik arsitektur kolonial pada fasad bangunan komersial melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif berbasis observasi visual. Analisis mencakup bentuk atap, material, bukaan, dan ornamen dekoratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dominasi perpaduan gaya Neoklasik dan Hindia Belanda yang beradaptasi dengan iklim tropis, terlihat pada atap perisai atau pelana tinggi, overstek lebar, jendela besar, serta dekorasi pilar bergaya Eropa yang disesuaikan secara lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dinamika sosial ekonomi, seperti perkembangan sektor pariwisata, komersialisasi, dan urbanisasi, terhadap perubahan arsitektur permukiman tradisional di kawasan ini. Perubahan-perubahan ini telah menyebabkan modifikasi fungsi ruang dan desain bangunan yang seringkali mengancam integritas arsitektur asli. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengungkap dampak perubahan sosial ekonomi terhadap bentuk fisik dan karakter permukiman tradisional, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk strategi konservasi yang berkelanjutan. However, a few hazards threaten the longevity and integrity of these valuable structures. This study examines the risk management processes applied in heritage museum buildings in Perak, including Perak Museum, Matang Museum and Kompleks Sejarah Pasir Salak. Key risks are identified in the study using a qualitative research methodology that involves building management teams through interviews. These risks include environmental, fire hazard, climate change risks and architectural risks. The findings shown gaps that require proactive and methodical approaches to address, as well as common issues and limitations in the risk management processes currently in use. This study highlights how crucial it is to combine contemporary risk management processes with historical authenticity, in addition to enhancing policy frameworks and stakeholders’ collaboration. This study presents the use of Matterport Pro2 for 3D digital documentation of Rumah Gadang Kajang Padati, a traditional Minangkabau house, conducted over two days in Pauh and Kuranji, Sumatera. Rumah Gadang, as an iconic symbol of Minangkabau culture, faces threats from environmental changes and urban development; thus, creating an accurate digital record is vital for future research, conservation, and heritage management. The primary objectives of this research are to establish detailed insights into the architectural style, materials, and construction methods used in Rumah Gadang Kajang Padati. The process involved capturing detailed spatial and structural data using Matterport PRo2, a versatile 3D imaging technology capable of producing high-resolution virtual models. These digital models enable a thorough analysis of architectural features, interior layouts, and construction details that are essential for cultural and scholarly understanding. The digital documentation also plays a critical role in promoting remote accessibility, educational initiatives, and community engagement, ensuring wider awareness and appreciation of Rumah Gadang’s cultural significance. Furthermore, the non-intrusive nature of the digital process minimises impact on fragile heritage structures while producing comprehensive, interactive virtual representations suitable for conservation planning and academic research. This study demonstrates that properly executed digital documentation is an essential tool for safeguarding intangible cultural heritage, especially at remote or threatened sites.
